![]() Guys, the only EB drop saw I have used was very nice, I was not too keen on the table setup but the saw was a pearler. ![]() I expect to buy a thickneser, band saw and lathe shortly also it is a long time since I bought this type of equipement and I would really appreciate all input, I am only a new member of this Forum thanking you:- all information gratefully recieved. ![]() I am impressed on the surface by the Electra Beckum machines as they have induction moters and are well priced at about $800.00 Please give me the benefit of your advice. Shane & Christopher and anyone else please help me:- I am contemplating buying an elektra Beckum sliding compound mitre saw,I am currently re stocking my workshop now that I have retired and I find the Metabo and De Walt stuff too expensive, and the ryobi and most of the others to rough and noisy. Mmmm maybe this is the lower end of the scale stuff but thats a humdinger of a response mate! ) thanks. Bloody ell talk about limited choices! Funny Id heard that it was part of the Metebo company and they sure have good quality stuff. Okay so that brings me back to both the carbatec one and the timbercon one.
